Are Palantir and Peter Thiel complicit in the genocide in Gaza?
The Prosecutor who works with the International Criminal Court should answer this question.
On February 10, 2025, I released the text of the request filed with the Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court to investigate the possibility of Donald Trump being treated as a co-author of the genocide in Gaza.
I return to the subject because today I filed a new request with that same Prosecutor's Office. This time, the accused as accomplices in the genocide are the company Palantir and its owner Peter Thiel.
Article III, item ‘e’, of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide establishes that complicity in the crime of genocide is punishable. Accomplices are all those who contribute to the crime or facilitate its execution. This includes both companies that provide the means indispensable for the crime to be committed and the owners of these companies who are personally committed to supplying their products (and the profits that will be made as a result, of course).
Before continuing, I ask the reader to pay attention to the following news:

Peter Thiel: 'I defer to Israel'
On its website, Palantir makes it clear that it is proud to supply products to the Israeli killing machine.
There is no doubt that the genocide in Gaza is the first crime of its kind to rely fundamentally on the use of Artificial Intelligence and information and surveillance technologies. Palantir and its owner Peter Thiel not only provide technology products to Israel for profit, but they also publicly boast about doing so.
We know that during World War II, the genocide of the Jews in the death factories was only possible because of the use of Zyklon B. The Nazis were indoctrinated for almost a decade to believe that the Jews were insects, a plague that needed to be eliminated. The best way to do this was to use the right chemical. Palantir’s AI and information and surveillance technologies are the modern equivalent of Zyklon B, because they allow not only to locate the victims who need to be eliminated, but also to create in the soldiers using the technology the certainty that they are not killing innocent civilians, even and especially when innocent civilians are killed. And this brings us to a fundamental question.
Can Palantir and Peter Thiel be treated as accomplices in the genocide committed in Gaza? This is a question that the TIP Prosecutor must ask and answer. And that is why I have formally summoned him.
The conduct of both (Palantir and Peter Thiel) can and should be analyzed in light of Article III, item ‘e’, of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide. The fact that there is no specific convention prohibiting the provision of AI and information and surveillance technology for the consummation of the crime of genocide is not an obstacle, because the international criminal law mentioned is sufficiently clear and open to accommodate the hypothesis raised here.
It is not for me to judge anyone's conduct. But it seems clear to me that no one should have the right to profit by being an accomplice in a genocide. This complex crime is not committed only by the head of state who decides to exterminate a population he considers irrelevant or animalistic (to use the words of Zionist political leaders) and by the military commanders who carry it out. Without the complicity of companies and businessmen who provide the means for the consummation of the genocide, the crime would most likely not have become a reality.
Although I am no fan of the western/Qatari Al Jazeera ...
This is how the Palestine laboratory works because what starts in Palestine never stays there.
